Can I Hold Her?
I thought that Chase received a lot of attention in Switzerland.
She is now the center of attention just about everywhere we go - both men and women love her - and strangely, they all ask if they can hold her.
A group of girls followed us at the mall yesterday, giggling behind us, cooing over her.
I was a little overwhelmed by it all in Switzerland, but here it's twice as overwhelming. I'm just not sure what to say when every other person wants to touch her and asks to hold her.
I've come up with "she's just getting over a cold," which seems to work. I'm playing with the idea of cutting down on the touching by saying something like, "she's contagious."
